Payment Terms

 

Deposits and Account BalanceDeposits: When you make a deposit to your Oh, Bet account, you are purchasing virtual currency known as BetCoins, which can be used to participate in skill-based challenges on the Service. Please note that once you have made a deposit, the transaction is final, and the deposited amount cannot be refunded.

 

Account Balance

 

 The balance of your Oh, Bet account consists of any BetCoins that you have earned through participating in and winning skill-based challenges or any BetCoins you have purchased. The balance reflects your current holdings of BetCoins within the Service.

 

Withdrawals and Redemption

 

Withdrawals: BetCoins earned through the Service can be used for further participation in challenges or can be redeemed based on the current redemption policies outlined by Oh, Bet. The only way to 'withdraw' or convert your BetCoins into real currency or other rewards is through the redemption process, which is based on your earned balance of BetCoins. Purchased BetCoins are not eligible for redemption into real currency or other rewards and can only be used within the Service.

 

Redemption Process: Details on how to redeem BetCoins, including minimum thresholds, processing times, and any applicable fees, will be provided within the Service's user interface and may be updated from time to time. Redemption is subject to verification processes to ensure compliance with these Terms and applicable laws.

 

Refunds: All purchases of BetCoins are final and non-refundable. By making a deposit or purchasing BetCoins, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this no-refund policy.

 

Compliance and Fraud Prevention

 

Oh, Bet reserves the right to investigate any suspicious or fraudulent activities related to deposits, withdrawals, or redemption of BetCoins. We may, at our sole discretion, suspend or terminate accounts found to be involved in such activities and take necessary legal actions.
